Why an AC Compressor does not work properly

Every electronic or mechanical equipment s needed safety and without it generally equipment looses their life. It is essential to care all machinery or auto parts for long life. Generally, an AC Compressor   fails due to following two conditions. Condition may be time and hours of operation for failing  AC Compressor. Some failures are common and can occur elsewhere in the system and will responsible for compressor  failure. Generally abuse is an effect of complete running with improper Freon  charge, or as a result of offensive service along the way. This type of improper service can include overcharging, undercharging and installing the wrong starter capacitor at the time of replacement. Another condition of failing AC Compressor may happen due to installing the wrong compressor or new compressor that had some other failure that are undiagnosed.

                         Compressor may fail due to improper handling in different ways so its handling way must be proper. It may have any type of problem and faults.  When AC Compressor fails open a wire within the compressor breaks.
